My boss is always busy.
He works more than 10 hours during the week days, and 6 hours on Sataurday and Sunday.
As a legal consultant who has more than fifteen people work for him
(including lawyers and secretarial assistants), he still finds not enough time to work on one project at a time.
All of the lawyers feel the need for more of my boss's attention.
He spends the great majority of his day in meetings and conference calls with clients;
in between, he answers e-mails and reviews/revises draft legal advices from other lawyers.
He and his secretary (me) often resort to a written message handed in the meeting room because
regular e-mails aren’t attention getting enough for “urgent” matters.
The lawyers in the office often ambush him on his way to the conference room or restroom.
Sometimes, the best he can do is to offer someone who wants a meeting with him a shared lunch time in the office.

同事女兒小時候曾天真的以為，她的媽媽跟我的老板是本公司最笨的人，
因為他們常常是最早到公司，最晚走，工作還作不完，週末還要進去加班的。
事實是，能者多勞，有時候能力越強，工作不會變少，還會加倍！
有的人能力強，別人要花2小時作的事他半小時就能做好，
老板當然是把工作丟給有效率的人，就算盡量分配均匀，
一旦有緊急的案子，第一個想到當然是那個有效率的人才。
然後，惡性循環就是，作的越快，案子也接的越多，
並不會因為能力好而能準時下班，或有空閒喝個下午茶聊天八掛。
相對的，也有些人，天生八掛，一天的上班時間有20％在聊天培養感情，
別人一天可做的十件事，他只有時間做八件，
事情永遠做得比較慢也沒關係，
因為熱絡好的人際關係不會因為一件小事耽誤就跟他計較
八掛的好鄰居會幫他喊，你今天好忙喔，事情怎麼這麼多啊，好辛苦喔～
這就是職場一角，

我我我.....好贊成你的說法阿！所以我喜歡裝忙：P 因為我不想又被我老闆交代一些鳥事情....導致我上班的時後都要戰戰兢兢無法休息上廁所喝杯水～！ 把自己搞的眼壓過高！ 因為我不想跟我老闆一樣～成為工作狂.. 我需要有自己的時間～即便是上班時後～我還是需要時間上廁所吧！ 所以～我現自成為會兇老闆的員工～ 我可以默默做事情～但是也需要時間休息... 所以～認真做事+會吵鬧，也許才是王道！ 悲情上班族的我！
我比較serious,要摸魚可以, 但是八掛喧嘩吵到別人,有點擾人
英文文法中 althought 和 but不是只能出現一個嗎?
隨手寫的,沒什麼注意文法, 腦裡用中文OS, 手上用英文直接翻 已修改了這一句
